Friends unite to open first fashion shop together
A pair of best friends have teamed up as business partners to launch a new high street fashion outlet.
Sarah Lichter and Hayley Lynch are launching Rebellious Rose and Tootsies, which will stock ladies footwear, accessories and clothing in Market Street, Hindley.

Hide AdThe business duo have built up loyal customer bases over the years with their own individual stalls at Westhoughton Market. When the opportunity to take over a vacant premises in Hindley arose, they joined forces to launch their first bricks and mortar store.
The shop, which combines the names of Sarah’s and Hayley’s market stalls, was set to open on April 12, and the pair hope their new venture will become an important part of the local community.
Sarah, who lives in Bolton, said: “We’re just two best friends, living the dream and opening a shop together! We’ve had a really good response from local people online, people have welcomed us to the town, telling us ‘best of luck’.
“We’ve got a really good location. There’s nothing quite like it in Hindley, especially for ladies, so it’s going to be really exciting.
