A man has been accused of assaulting another man and damaging his car in what was said to be a racially motivated attack.

Brett Draper, 30, of Oxford Road, Atherton, is charged with lashing out at Mohammed Tantwala and causing £300 damage to his car. The case was adjourned to until September 30.
