An uninsured motorist caught at the wheel while under the influence of cocaine has received a year-long road ban from Wigan magistrates.

Admitting the crimes, committed in a Peugeot 206 in Davies Street, Platt Bridge, Toni Molyneux, 29, of Winstanley Road, Bamfurlong, also faces a £237 bill which includes a fine and court costs.
