Wigan man breached his community order

An Aspull man has been ordered to serve a suspended jail term for breaching a community order.

Shane Woods, of Balcarres Road, was originally convicted of breaching a restraining order by approaching Stacey Williamson.

The 28-year-old will now serve an 18-week suspended prison sentence.

JPs also ordered Wood to continue serving a curfew order until the end of May.
