Wigan schoolchildren feature on Blue Peter
Well-read pupils at a Wigan Primary School had the chance to proudly show-off their library to a national audience this month.
Camera crews from world-famous childrens’ TV show Blue Peter visited Worsley Mesnes Primary School as part of World Book Day.
They were given the lowdown on what books are popular among Year 6 students to coincide with the show’s Book Awards.
