Concerns are growing for a teenaged Wigan girl who vanished a month ago.
The last reported sighting of Jade Armstrong was on Tuesday, June 24, on Jennings Park Avenue, Abram.

It is believed she may be with an older friend who hails from Blackpool and they may be in the area of the resort.

The 16-year-old is described white, around 5ft 4ins tall with long red hair. She is of a medium build and was last seen wearing a pink checked jacket with blue jeans and black trainers.

Jade has never been missing before and police are concerned for her welfare.

PC Mark Jepson of Wigan Police said: "It's been a month since her family last saw Jade and they really just want to know she is safe and well.

"If Jade is reading this please get in touch with either your family or the police to let us know you are okay."

Anyone with information on Jade's whereabouts please contact GMP on (0161) 856 7410 call Crimestoppers anonymously on (0800) 555111.
